They’re gauging the situation on a day-to-day basis and making last-minute reservations with property managers. That means to get ahead, now’s the time to be more flexible than ever before.
Recently, we put out a survey for property managers. In that survey, we found that 64% of property managers have diversified their revenue channels since the pandemic began. But 36% still say they have not diversified even though 82% say they are interested in listing on more OTAs.
